Serving Our Communities for Over 50 Years

For 50 years, the Southern Maine Agency on Aging has been the focal point in Cumberland and York counties for resources, services, and information to empower older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers to live to their fullest potential.

Adult Day Programs

SMAA’s Adult Day Programs are geared toward older adults with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We foster close personal relationships with and between members which stimulates the brain, effectively slowing down the memory loss process while combating depression and isolation.

Contact Leah D’Amour, ldamour@smaaa.org or 207.396.6552  with questions about eligibility and enrollment and to schedule a tour.
